Housekeeping was attentive, and the laundry service was efficient, catering effectively to travelers needing quick solutions. There is a 24-hour reception, ensuring assistance is always available. Although it may lack extravagant features, such as an airport shuttle service or elaborate dining options, the Sunrise provides a practical alternative for those looking to explore the culture of Hoi An without overspending. For budget travelers, this hotel's value proposition is commendable.
